Description

Doypack.

The feeder is designed for portioning loose products into packaging that are manually placed under its discharge.
The dumping distance onto the scales top is adjustable, depending on the height of the packaging.
The device is suitable for packaging into tubes, jars, buckets, cartons, pre-made film packaging.
It is possible to equip the machine with two alternately operating weight buckets (for the same portion), which significantly speeds up the operation. Optionally, it is equipped with enclosures for installation of dust removal equipment.
Doypack feeder can work with a bucket elevator, Z-shaped elevator, marshaling conveyor (belt or roller type)
and inclined conveyor.
Depending on the type of packaging, the device can be additionally equipped with lid crimper (for jars, tubes, and buckets) and heat sealer (for film packaging).

How it works:
The material is put into the supplied packaging by weighing method. The feeding process begins after all the start-up steps are completed and the foot/hand switch is pressed.
The feeding stops automatically. The bucket elevator working with N55 triggers automatically to replenish the material in the feeder hopper. If the device is equipped with a hot sealer,
the operator places the packaging under the sealer by hand
and seals the packaging using a hand/foot switch
